Bolu Gölcük Nature Park Claimed

I last went to the nature park in 2008. Everything was completely natural. Our visit this year was a total disappointment. The park was previously under the responsibility of the Ministry of Forestry. I was surprised when I saw the Bolu Municipality sign at the entrance. I asked the people who were charging at the entrance, “Are you a public employee?” I was even more surprised by the answer: “It is private sector and the private sector operates it.” The business has completely transformed into business management. We paid 35 TL per person as entrance fee. I don’t understand what this fee is for. Because a fee is charged, there is neither charity nor funds required for the nature park in return. There is a lot of garbage in that beautiful lake. Roads were built around the lake. While walking on the road, there is everything, whether it is garbage or cigarette butts.
