Emir Sultan Mosque and Tomb is an important religious and historical building located in Bursa, Turkey. The construction of the Emir Sultan Mosque was completed in the early 14th century, in the first half of the 14th century. The mosque was built by Emir Sultan, the son-in-law of Osman Gazi, the founder of the Ottoman Empire. The mosque reflects the characteristic features of Ottoman period architecture and is considered one of the largest mosques of its period. Emir Sultan Tomb is located next to Emir Sultan Mosque. The mausoleum houses the tomb of Emir Sultan. Although the exact construction date of the tomb is not known, it is an impressive example of Ottoman period architecture. Emir Sultan Mosque and Tomb complex is an important center for both religious worship and tourist visits.
