Kocaeli Science Center is a project implemented in partnership with Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality and TÜBİTAK. Kocaeli Science Center, Turkey’s largest industrial transformation project, is located on an area of ​​8,500 square meters within the Seka Paper Factory, the foundation of which was laid in 1934. Seka Paper Factory, which produced paper for 70 years, was restored and continues its journey as Kocaeli Science Center and Seka Paper Museum.

Kocaeli Science Center includes approximately 250 experimental setups and specially designed galleries, as well as workshops where scientific studies are carried out, a science stage where scientific shows and interviews are held, exhibition areas, a library, research offices, and a science cafe.

We visited Kocaeli Science Center with my family last weekend and had a truly unforgettable experience. The center offers a wide range of interactive experiments, workshops and exhibitions that appeal to visitors of all ages.

A very fun and educational place for children.

It's an excellent place that children and young people should definitely experience. There are very good practices regarding my workshops and scientific studies. I think there are a lot of things that students, especially primary and secondary school students, should go see and learn.

The museum can be visited free of charge. The center contains a wide range of experiments, workshops and exhibitions that appeal to visitors of all ages. It is a large place where you can spend a long time with your family. It is side by side with the Seka paper museum.
