The meeting point of the people of Kırklareli is mostly used by students as the entrance of the plane or the station. The text “Kırklareli, the city of happy people” adds a very pleasant atmosphere. The square is beautiful and there are benches to sit and relax. It still amazes everyone coming from Istanbul that the cars stop as soon as we step onto the pedestrian crossing.
It is the square located in the center of Kırklareli province. It consists of the Kırklareli Provincial Building, built in 1925, on one side, the Atatürk Monument on the other, the Station Street on the one side, and the bazaar section on the other. A recently unused warplane has also taken its place in the square. In previous periods, the traditional Hıdırellez and Kakava Festival were held in this area and a large Kakava fire was lit in the square. In addition, concerts, folklore performances and socio-cultural events were held in this area during the festival.

It is truly a beautiful place, clean and modern, the people are very respectful and friendly, and it is a peaceful city.
This area, which is in the middle of the city, is located in front of the Government House, as its name suggests. There is a park with a pool in the middle, a roundabout around this park, the Government House on one side, the Atatürk park and Monument where you can sit and have a drink on one side, a warplane model commemorating General Şevket Dingiloğlu on one side, and bazaar shopping stores on the other side.
